ISS is one of a few civil organizations that takes seriously the voices of the people they wish to serve. In this way they can respond in very creative and effective ways to the issues facing people who must struggle to survive. I have had the opportunity to visit some of their project sites and was very impressed with the relationship between ISS staff and the people. This is the way development should function.

ISS is one of the pioneer organizations, which rising propels vices and issues genuinely towards seeking solutions in a long-term way. ISS has a strong connection with the community people and it always putting people first and enhance people's initiations toward their change. I am very well known about the ISS and its work; I have had many visits with ISS team and their working area. They are promoting community people’s transforming practices and helping them for overcoming the challenges in their life. I found a team of ISS highly dedicated, and sincere towards community change values and vision with a clear mission.
