I am delighted to share about the outstanding performances by our organization since its establishment on September 26, 1999. Interdependent society surkhet always stand against slavery, poverty and for rights of marginalized communities. I am really very happy for serving to the rural marginalized communities for their sustainable development by delivering our services through developmental projects by collaborating with the Birendranagar municipalities and Ingo.
Our services focus mainly on building access of marginalized community over resources through institutional development of community group and main committees and make them empowered and resolve their problems. It always believes over concept of community centred development. It has concepted that development should be based on needs of people for the sustainable development of community and activities to be carried with involvement and participation of the local people shall be sustainable.
I would like to thank the women groups, women awareness groups, youth clubs, members of ISS, Village Development Committees, representatives of Central Committee, counsellors and well-wishers and at last but not at least the hardworking and sincere staffs of ISS for their vital role in empowering the organization and making Interdependent Society Surkhet reach this position
.
I believe that Interdependent Society Surkeht will go on developing dynamic leaderships, working on right based approach, professionals’ development and focusing on integrated community development concentrating on demand driven approach to reach to the unreached communities. As ISS is a community base organization-which always look to transform the society into better future. I hope the organization will go on making the organization more strengthened in coming days.

I have been working with Interdependent Society Surkhet since the start of this organization . Currently, enroll as Admin and finance officer, providing overall co-ordination and leadership for funds management within the organisation. This includes sourcing of new funds and ensuring sufficient financial support for the organisation to fulfill its objectives. I gained very unique, valuable, and unforgettable work experience, skills, and knowledge in team building, and community development, which has further enhanced my passion in building teams to achieve organizational objectives

I have been entrusted the role of monitoring and evaluating in Interdependent Society Surkhet clusters since past few years. It's been a privilege to serve in this position as I am in direct contact with almost all the staff of ISS, especially the Cluster Team Leaders, and directly as well as indirectly with others, including the community people. It is quite exciting and a very humbling experience of learning, sharing, growing, and serving together, because it's about people; changing people and transforming lives. I am grateful to God and to my colleagues for the opportunity to contribute and grow and to demonstrate the love I have to those in need, and for the joy to experience and share while working in Interdependent Society Surkhet.

Being able to contribute my skills to Interdependent society surkhet(ISS) feel overwhelmed as it stands for the enhancing the standard of marginalised people.Being enrol in agriculture officer for a decede, I ensure that all the agricultural practices and products are in lieu of the state and local regulation by inspecting, investigate, sample and test everything, in order to determine whether they are complying with the state and local rules and regulations.

Working in the agriculture department in ISS, helped me to enhance my practical understanding about the subject matter by focusing on the field base activity which i had learned in theory that enlightened my knowledge to organises farm machinery, seeds, agricultural goods, livestock sales and purchases. Operate the farm efficiently and ensure that ISS achieved its vision to enhance the livelihood of marginalized society .

As an individual, pursue my career as agriculture technician in ISS, my role is to assist many farmers to help them grow the best possible crops, such as corn, cotton, soybeans, and wheat, based on experiment and skills. ISS have been providing me the platform to implement my understanding knowledge to ensure that all agricultural activities and goods take the place of state and local regulations.
