This project has especially focused on raising awareness to the migrant workers to India and their family members on HIV/AIDS as well as the HIV infected people and their family members. Project has been providing different trainings and livelihood enhancement activities to the infected people and also developing linkage to VDCs, DDCs and other resource organizations.

Major outcomes achieved:
• In 4 VDC named Ghatgaun, Tatapani, Bibiyacharu and Biddhapur, PLHA have been organized and have been advocating with VDC. They have been getting some fund from VDC for their income generation.
• HIV infected people are organized and doing their saving and credit . Some of the Infected people are selling tea and opening the shop , some of are doing seasonal and up seasonal farming .
• After organizing infected people, they register NGO and advocating on their issues .
• Some of the HIV/AIDs affected people of Ghatgoan VDC have been doing good income generation activities and increasing their life expectancy like goat raising, Hotel business.
• Discrimination rate is going to low as result PLHA families's member are making relation ship with Non PLHA 's families member .
• Improved the health condition of PLHA and their family members. Their children are going to school regularly.
• Some of the HIV/AIDs affected people who were discriminated by the family members have started own IG business and making their life easier/normal.
• People who use to go India as the seasonal migrant labour, have started to talk about the effects of HIV and Aids and taking care on how to be safe in their working place Mumbae, Puna and Delhi .
• ISS have success to make new Identity as result, out of our working VDC's PLHA member are organizing, coordinating with ISS .
• HIV infected people are working at India for long time due to ART regularly at Mumbae, Puna and Delhi with coordination of Local HIV working organization .
