Resource Interdependently Shared for Empowerment ( RISE) Programme was one of the first projects of Interdependent Socitey Surkhet(ISS) which continued from 2001 A.D. to 2006 A.D for a seven years term. The Major objectives of the project was to work on Livelihood enhancement for Poor and marginalised community . The project was funded by UMN.
